Jackie-Ross Lavender is a queer filmmaker and content creator who launched his YouTube channel over 10 years ago. Lavender looks to use his platform to create a safe space for those in the LGBTQIA+ community and has garnered over 23k subscribers. The channel focuses on reactions to queer media, reviews of queer series and books, and travel vlogs highlighting Lavender's personal journeys. When Lavender began his channel, it was a home for his UK theatre content, charity work, couples travel vlogs, and queer lifestyle videos, along with Lavender's vlogs on life working on a cruise ship. In 2018, Lavender began uploading reactions and reviews of queer media as part of his regular content. Since then, the channel has amassed over 3.7 million views across 355 videos. These days, Lavender is best known for his content related to the Heartstopper book and Netflix series.
