Summoning Sylvia ⁞⁞ Halloween 2024

The horror comedy Summoning Sylvia centers on Larry (Travis Coles), an engaged man whose three closest friends, Nico (Frankie Grande), Kevin (Noah J. Ricketts) and Reggie (Troy Iwata) surprise him with a bachelor weekend getaway at a haunted house. They indulge in learning about the house's spooky history, which involved a crazed woman Sylvia (Veanne Cox), who murdered her own son Phillip (Camden Garcia) and buried him under the floorboards. Larry's fiancé Jamie (Michael Urie) calls in, reminding him that he was supposed to make time to bond with Jamie's straight army officer brother Harrison (Nicholas Logan). Caught in a conflict, Larry invites Harrison to the house, where he's immediately uncomfortable around the quartet of queer men. Meanwhile, Kevin & Reggie find sparks flying between them. When Nico leads the group in a séance, things quickly get out of control as the Sylvia's violent spirit inhabits Harrison, putting the group in danger until they can figure out how to un-possess him. In other gay happenings, the group discovers Sylvia's motives may have stemmed from her son being gay, and Nico has a steamy encounter with the pizza delivery boy (Sean Grandillo) until they are interrupted by the hatchet-wielding Harrison.
