La Cruz - Arequipe ⁞⁞ Music Spotlight

"Arequipe" is the latest track from Venezuelan reggaeton musician La Cruz. The upbeat track tells the tale of a man looking to make a sexual connection. He sings about the intoxication of desire and the need to release sexual tension. The accompanying video was recently released. The steamy visuals mix scenes of the gay La Cruz outside a club making eye contact with a handsome man (Alexander Garcia), with scenes of La Cruz singing and dancing with his backup dancers. After beckoning his love interest to follow him, La Cruz makes a pit stop, grabbing an arequipe, the sticky and sweet dulce de leche, giving a nod to the song's title. The two then make their way to a hotel room where Garcia's shirt comes off and the two get steamy in bed. The sexy video ends with the two men sharing a hot kiss.
